On the Road Again

I'm on the road again. After spending a few days resting and recovering I felt good enough to start riding again. Although much more cautiously.

My first stop was the town of Tonantzintla to conduct an interview with a Peace Corps Volunteer named Jan that works with the INAOE (Instituto Nacional Astrofisica Optica y Electronica).

Turns out that Jan is a fellow Texan from the Dallas area. She also lived and worked in Austin for a time. We talked for quite a while comparing experiences. The interview went well and I hope to edit and post it within a few days.

After the interview I headed back to Puebla to spend the night. I love the town. Ate a little, walked around the plaza, watched a modern dance performance, saw the new Planet of the Apes movie. And prepped for the next day ride to Oaxaca. Back on the road.
